The population of homeless animals is, unfortunately, proportional to the level of poverty in the areas where they live. In these places, cases of sterilized animals and therefore unable to pass on the critical situation in which they find themselves are considered rare. In other words, puppies from homeless animals, abandoned on the streets, will have the same fate as their parents.

Fortunately, the rescuers arrived as quickly as they could. They had never seen such a serious case of flea infestation. Later, it was found from the images captured by the surveillance cameras installed in the area that a woman had abandoned the puppy in exactly these conditions. How can a person be so cruel?
