Mother Dog and Her Puppy were Thrown Like Garbage

The mother dog and her puppy were found lying on the side of the street. They looked so sad and extremely exhausted. There is evidence that a monster threw them away like garbage, writes xaga.info.

Thank God, a good Samaritan managed to help them. She took them to a vet shelter for medication. The mother and her child are safe, but why did the monster abandon them?
