Danny Trejo

Danny Trejo (/ˈtrɛhoʊ/ Spanish: [ˈtɾexo]) (born May 16, 1944) is an American actor. Trejo’s movie career began in 1985 with the American indie film Runaway Train. He went on to star in a multitude of other movies, including Desperado (1995), From Dusk till Dawn (1996), Con Air (1997), From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money (1999), From Dusk Till Dawn 3: The Hangman’s Daughter (1999), Reindeer Games (2000), Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004), Wake Up, Ron Burgundy: The Lost Movie (2004) and Grindhouse (2007).[4] With frequent collaborator and his 2nd cousin Robert Rodriguez, he portrayed the role of Isador “Machete” Cortez, which was originally developed for the Spy Kids franchise (2001–11). and was later expanded into its own franchise of the same name and its sequel Machete Kills (2013).
