Couple Rescue Ab4ndoned Dog St4rv1ng to D34th on the Streets

A couple out driving spotted a starving dog at the side of the road. They stopped to help him and in doing so saved his life. Ermioni with Diasozo Animal Rescue (DAR Rescue) in Karditsa, Greece was contacted and came to get the dog and bring him to the vet for a full health check.
It was obvious the dog had been neglected and on his own for some time. But his tailed wagged when the vets tended to him. Ermioni named the dog Sotirakis. She knew his recovery would take some time. He turned out to be positive for Leishmaniasis but is undergoing therapy. You’ll want to watch the video to the end to see what he looks like now – what a stunning difference!
DAR Rescue is hoping that one day Sotirakis will find his forever home!
