There’s A Rare Kind Of Sea Wolves That Live Off The Ocean And Can Swim For Hours
Acclaimed digital photographer Ian McAllister has actually been examining an unusual population of sea wolves that have actually lived off the wild Pacific coastline of British Columbia for almost 20 years.
“We know from exhaustive DNA researches that these wolves are genetically distinct from their continental kin,” McAllister shared.
“They are behaviourally distinct, swimming from island to island as well as exploiting sea animals. They are also morphologically distinctive– they are smaller in dimension and also physically different from their mainland equivalents,” he stated.
