Unwanted Pit Bull Couldn’t Be Adopted, Then ‘Dog-Lover’ Decides To Take Action
It is known that Sioux City is one of lots of other United States cities that had a stringent restriction on owning Pit Bulls. This suggests that many Pit Bulls are staying in the sanctuaries without obtaining taken on as they put them in the back as no person is permitted to adopt them.
