Cat Reportedly Spent A Year By The Grave Of Her Former Owner

There is no doubt that we love our animals, but sometimes, we forget just how much they love us in return, writes blog.theanimalrescuesite.
A reminder helps us to keep these things in mind and we were given a reminder beyond belief from Indonesia, according to the Mirror. They talked about a cat that loved her human parent so much that she showed an act of faithfulness that was beyond what most of us can comprehend.
Keli Keningau Prayitno was walking in Central Java when the 28-year-old heard something strange coming from near a burial plot. It was a cat and she was crying for her lost human parent.
Prayitno was understandably concerned about the feline so she tried to bring her home. Although it was a kind deed, the cat would return every day to be by her owner’s gravestone.
The story and pictures were shared and eventually, it went viral on Twitter. The pictures are heartbreaking and in a strange way, comforting. If you ever doubt that your own cat has love for you, then this lovely cat will give you the reassurance you need.
You’ll be happy to know that the cat does go to its former home every day to be fed by the children who still live there, according to The Mirror. After getting the food she needs, she heads back to the grave to be by the one that meant the most to her.
Prayitno said: “Since the cat’s mother died she has stayed here at the grave. She does not want to go home. She has been here for almost a year. I thought she was homeless and tried to help but every time she would keep returning to the same place.”
They went on to say that, after following the cat, they saw that it was a daily routine. The cat would go to be fed and then return to the grave once again.
After looking into it, Prayitno learned that the cat was the beloved pet of Kundari, an old lady who passed away. There were many people who tried to entice the cat away from the grave by offering her food and water, but she was steadfast in her determination to stay.
