A neighbor called me when she saw the abandoned puppy here. She dared not approach because she was afraid of dogs. The puppy has been abandoned here since early morning, I asked alot of people living nearby but no one knows anything about her. She was probably abandoned by a stranger, Who tied her to the stone. Because they were afraid that would run after them and return to their home again. The puppy is perfectly healthy, but her body is very smelly and she needs to be cleaned up.
