Sonoya Mizuno

Sonoya Mizuno (born 1 July 1986)[1][2] is a Japanese-born British actress, model, and ballet dancer who has performed in director Alex Garland’s works Ex Machina, Annihilation, and Devs. She had minor roles in the films La La Land, Beauty and the Beast, and Crazy Rich Asians, and starred in the Netflix miniseries Maniac. She appears in the HBO Game of Thrones prequel series House of the Dragon.

Born in Tokyo,[3][4] Mizuno was raised in Somerset, England.[5] Her mother is of half British and half Argentine descent and her father is Japanese.[6] She graduated from the Royal Ballet School before dancing with several ballet companies, including Semperoper Ballet in Dresden,[7] Ballet Ireland, New English Ballet Theatre and Scottish Ballet.[
