Sadie Sink

Sadie Elizabeth Sink[2] (born April 16, 2002) is an American actress and model. She portrayed Max Mayfield in the Netflix television series Stranger Things[3] and Ziggy Berman in the Netflix horror film trilogy Fear Street.[4] Sink has also worked on Broadway, with credits including Annie and The Audience.[5] She also starred in Taylor Swift’s All Too Well: The Short Film.

Sink was born in Brenham, Texas. She has three older brothers and a younger sister.

Some of her first professional acting credits were at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts in Houston during their 2011-2012 season; she performed in musical productions of Irving Berlin’s White Christmas and in the starring role in Annie. She made her Broadway debut in the fifth grade as part of the original cast of the Annie revival. While still starring in the play, she appeared in the Emmy-winning series The Americans as Lana.
