Orphaned Baby Kangaroo Just Wants To Hug His Teddy Bear
Even pets need good friends, as well as this child kangaroo is no exemption.
Tim Beshara, an adviser to Greens legislator for Tasmania Peter Whish-Wilson, tweeted this cute image of an orphaned baby kangaroo hugging a teddy-bear on Tuesday.
Called “Doodlebug,” the eastern grey kangaroo is being taken care of by Gillian Abbott, Beshara’s mom, in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, Australia.
“He may have befalled of his mother’s bag or his mommy might have passed away,” Beshara told the Daily Mail.
“He was a couple of months old when he was passed onto my mom’s wildlife company WIRES.
She has actually because nursed it back to wellness as well as it is now jumping around the woodland and also returning for the occasional feeding or cuddle, as the photo reveals.”
The cable seen in the picture is linked to the teddy-bear, holding it up for the kangaroo to notice
“They appear to reply to the playthings a lot similarly as a toddler. They treat it as a companion”.
