Dog left languishing in pain at shelter for 10 days thinking he did something wrong

Ten days ago, the owner of a three-year-old friendly pooch surrendered him to the Ft Well Worth Animal Care & Control since his dog got away from the man’s yard and endured severe slit injuries and deep cuts.

The owner informed the sanctuary he can not afford veterinary treatment…

Blanco weighs 49-pounds, is not neutered and heartworm adverse. According to his owner, the pet lived with children and also was primarily an exterior animal.

When examined at the shelter, the veterinary technology noted Blanco had swelling and edema in his back leg, behind his ear as well as a difficult knot in the groin location.
