Dog is found abandoned on an old sofa, thrown away like a piece of trash, then someone came

The abandonment of the fate of dogs and any animal that deserves only love and compassion is something we can never understand.

Unfortunately, it is an increasingly common scourge in societies, devoid of mercy and sensitivity, that cruelly trap the furry ones to certain death. Many of them aren’t saved from their bitter situation, and they too die, heartbroken and grief-stricken by so much betrayal.

Buddy is a 2-year-old puppy who had the terrible luck of having the worst owners in the world. Volunteers from Rescue Dogs Rock in New York City were alerted to his alarming condition, but never imagined they would find something like this.

In a publication last Tuesday, they related their story, tearing hearts and filling millions with outrage and helplessness on the networks:

“Meet Buddy… This is where he stays, living on the side of the road in a field, inside a dirty old couch thrown away like trash.” That’s part of the post that quickly went viral.

“Buddy deserves much better than to live like this, homeless and sick. He has been living here for months, searching for food and escaping death every day, avoiding being hit by cars. All this time his health has deteriorated and now he is very sick,” they added.

Next to an antique piece of furniture, he survived the days with his soul and his body breaking into pieces

“The saddest thing was that his skin was covered with scabies and totally infected. On top of that, he was infested with fleas and ticks.

He is being bitten alive. You need our help and you need it now! Buddy cannot live inside that couch, not one more day! It’s about life and death for Buddy!” They pleaded with the organization.

They also spread scenes that break anyone’s soul when the poor puppy was found. Especially by his reaction when he realized that someone had a pinch of compassion for him after all.
How could they abandon him like that?

“Scrapped but still trusts humans. Buddy will make someone very happy when he feels well again,” wrote one user.

“He looks like such a sweet puppy. It’s terrible that they left him and abandoned him like trash. He is so, so friendly. He knows that someone has come to help him,” said another person.

Afterwards, the rescue shared images of Buddy being attended to by the vets, these are photos that are the slightest reflection of all that this fuzzy fella has endured in the open because of humans.

“Buddy is certainly not trash, he is an amazing partner who deserves respect and love. You can see that her legs are red and skinned, all because of a serious skin disease that is due to homelessness, lack of care, and lack of love,” they said.

“We want to transform Buddy’s life and give him the expert doctor he needs and deserves, and then find him an amazing forever home”.

Share this unfortunate case that makes us deny humans so much. Buddy is very lucky to have met these angels who will do anything to change his life forever.
