The Chow Chow mix, who arrived at the shelter before the 4th of July weekend, stared at a wall alone and heartbroken. The staff knew that he was suffering from a few skin conditions.

It was completely obvious that he was defeated and heartbroken, but no one knows the reasons of his abandonment. Oso’s photo and story were shared online by a volunteer animal rescuer called Robin Barker, which helped him to find an adopter in Oregon and a foster in L.A.

Thankfully, he was pulled from the shelter with the help of a friend. What a happy ending!
