Bird ‘Barks’ To Try And Wake Sleeping Dog
A German shepherd was asleep in his dog bed when an energetic cockatoo tried to wake him up – by barking, writes blog.theanimalrescue!
An adorable video taken in Saint-Jean-des-Ollières, Auvergne, France captured the hilarious moment for the world to see.
In the video, you can see the German shepherd sleeping peacefully, without a care in the world. That is, until a white cockatoo walks over, determined to wake the dog from his rest.
The cockatoo then surprises everyone by beginning to bark!
The animals’ owners said to ViralHog, “A discussion began spontaneously between two animals trying to understand each other. The one who barks is not the one you would think.”
When the cockatoo didn’t get a response from barking, they took things a step further and jumped onto the dog bed to get a little closer.
They were determined to wake the dog, but the dog continued to ignore them.
