Dad Returns Home After Months With A Beard, Wonders If Dog Will Recognize Him

Anthony Podolinsky was a man with a special love for his family, which included his beloved dog named Brady. When Anthony decided to move from his Alaska home to Oregon with Brady and his partner, McKayla Crump, things didn’t go as planned, writes ilovemydogsomuch.

McKayla and Brady had moved to Oregon, and were waiting for Anthony to join them in 3 weeks time. But Anthony’s dad fell gravely ill, and he had to cancel his flight. Being a devoted son, Anthony quit his job and began caring for his dad full-time.

Sadly, Anthony’s dad passed away in November, after which, Anthony stayed back to comfort his mom, and help her sort out the affairs. All this while, McKayla and Brady badly missed Anthony. Finally, on Christmas Eve, Anthony arrived in Oregon, looking tired and disheveled after the 3-month ordeal.

Anthony wondered if Brady would recognize him in his new look, but Brady whines and cries, as he immediately recognizes the bearded Anthony, and jumps all over him. Brady’s tearful reunion with his dad filled the airport with happy-moist eyes. What a magical Christmas reunion!
